BSE aims to be "appropriate" and "operate with responsibility" in the way of managing people. Our company uses an advanced human resource information system (HRIS) to manage the entire employee experience from the time of joining until the employee moves on. Simple tasks will be performed according to the self-service principle.
IN-HOUSE TRAINING
Each new employee you join, you will be required to attend a mandatory internal training course on the company's work culture. During the operation, the company and its divisions all have activities to train new processes, software, and working methods.
EXTERNAL TRAINING
We regularly send the right staff to receive the necessary professional training.
KEY MANAGER TRAINING
Targeting strategic goals, developing the next generation of leaders, potential employees will be appropriately trained to take on more and more important roles in the company.
